SEYBETON BLOCK complies with the requirements of the UNI EN 998-1/EN 998-2 standards.

SEYBETON BLOCK is an adhesive mortar that is easy to apply and has a high yield. It is used as bedding mortar and as a skimming plaster for cellular concrete blocks in interiors and exteriors. It guarantees a simple, fast and economical installation and excellent thermal inertia and acoustic insulation performances.

important warnings

  • Strictly follow the indicated water dosage.
  • Do not add aggregates or binders (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) to the product.
  • Do not add any additives (setting accelerators, thinners, etc.) to the product.
  • Do not use on substrates subject to motion or vibration.
  • Protect the installed blocks from washout and avoid vertical loads or lateral thrusts for at least 24 hours.
  • Protect the laid blocks from frost or sun for at least 5 days after installation.
  • Plaster, scagliola or anhydrite surfaces must be previously treated with SEYPRIMER AC.
  • Wait for the product to dry completely before coating it.
  • The product must not be applied on substrates subject to rising damp or pushing dampness.
